Devoted caregivers don’t always have the time to renew their New York State HHA certificate or they have a Home Health Aide Certificate from another state.

Also, many CNAs welcome the opportunity to become an HHA to expand their skill set and have flexible work schedules that fit their needs.

SARA’s quick one-day program will accomplish your goal of acquiring a valid New York State HHA certificate.

• A SARA Registered Nurse will give you a competency test to evaluate your hands-on skills.
• Educational materials in print and on video will update you on the latest requirements and advancements in home care.
• Upon successful completion of this training, you’ll receive a fresh New York State HHA certificate which allows you to work anywhere in the state.
• You’ll also be offered employment and great cases that fit your needs after completion with SARA.
