STAR ACHIEVEMENT BONUS REWARD
GOLD STAR PLUS
Caregiver works 35+ hours weekly including at least one weekly weekend shift consistently until they complete probation which is the first 960 hours.
- Qualifiers
- Have an excellent attendance record.
- 2 or less late arrivals, but never late the first week of a new assignment.
- 1 or less acceptable callouts.
- Never leave before the end of a shift.
- A minimum of 3 positive caregiver reviews from the clients they serviced.
- Do not receive a negative review from the clients they serviced or office staff members.
- Correctly clock in and out every shift.
- Complete a proper etiquette in-service.
- Drive and have a car.
- Stay in compliance.
- Accept all assignments offered that meet their stated preferences.
- Have an excellent attendance record.
- Bonus Reward
- $1,000.00 bonus
- Promotion from Level C to Level A
- Salary raised from $19.00 to $21.00
- All the benefits that come with the promotion to a Level A (please see Caregivers Level Program)
- After successfully completing 480 hours of service and if the caregiver achieves all qualifiers, they will be rewarded with 20% of their total bonus.
GOLD STAR

- Bonus Reward
- $800.00 bonus
- Promotion from Level C to Level A
- Salary raised from $19.00 to $21.00
- All the benefits that come with the promotion to a Level A
- After successfully completing 480 hours of service and if the caregiver achieves all qualifiers, they will be rewarded with 20% of their total bonus.
SILVER STAR
Caregiver works 35+ hours weekly including at least one weekly weekend shift consistently until they complete probation which is the first 960 hours.

EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS
Caregivers can earn bonuses by referring friends and clients to SARA. Many of our caregivers have done so and enjoyed earning these bonuses while helping someone they know.
- Qualifiers
- $50 if a caregiver provides a referral for a staff/office position
- $100 if a caregiver refers a HHA who accepts hourly cases
- $200 if a caregiver refers a HHA who accepts live-in cases
- If a caregiver refers a client, the amount of the bonus is to be discussed with the management
- Bonuses are paid after the new employee works 480 hours for SARA
