Many of our caregivers have requested the ability to take in-service classes online to fulfill the yearly 12 hours required by the NYSDOH to maintain their HHA certification. An assessment of each caregiver’s skills must till be done in person, but we are happy to offer some courses online for you. If you have any questions, please contact our HR Compliance team.
